- 2 cups Brussels sprouts cut in half
- 2 strips bacon
- 1 Granny Smith apple peeled and cubed
- 2 scallions
- Little Kick™ BBQ sauce
- Olive Oil
Toss Brussels sprouts in a bowl with olive oil, salt and pepper. Place on a sheet pan cut side facing down. Roast in 500 degree oven until soft to the touch about 7 minutes
Render cut bacon in a pan until crispy.
Remove bacon when crispy. Set aside and add apples to the rendered bacon fat, sauté until golden brown.
Place roasted Brussels sprouts in a bowl. Add Little Kick™ BBQ sauce and toss. Place Brussels sprouts in a bowl. Top with the bacon, apples and chopped scallions.
