Ingredients:
- Ribs
- Little Kick BBQ Sauce
Step 1
Combine 2 tbl. spoons kosher salt with 1 tsp. Ground black pepper and mix.
Step 2
Generously coat both sides of the rack of ribs. For best results this can be done the day before to cure the ribs in the refrigerator for 6 hours before roasting or grilling.
Step 3
Roast ribs in 350 degrees oven until internal temperature reaches 135. Generously coat both sides of the ribs with little kick bbq sauce and put back in oven until reaches internal temperature of 145.
